Sockhead Hat

I'm going to give a go. I have my yarn ready to cast on. I'm going to knit this with KnitPicks Hawthorne Fingering in the Wilshire colorway. I love the color. I got the yarn on sale for 50% off. Awesome! I'm using KnitPicks Majestic needles in size US 2 (3.00mm).

So much stockinette stitch will make for great TV knitting. :)

Quick update

I have not been able to blog because my old Dell kept crashing. My little work horse has been replaced. My little Dell lived for a long time but was running out of memory. I decided to replace it before it crashed to where I could not save it. So, I ordered a new Dell. So far, so good. This will make blogging so much easier. Happy me. :)

Moving On

I really did not want to give up my original blog http://mystyflwr.blogspot.com/ but I needed to be a little more private. Meaning there were some people that I know that read my blog that are not interested in knitting, just wanting to see what I'm up to. That is what fb is for. So anyways, moving on.

I have done lots of  knitting since my last real post, so it should be a mix of current projects and knitting that has been completed just not posted.


I completed this pair of socks earlier this year.
The pattern is Vanilla Latte Socks.
The yarn is Knit Picks Stroll Tweed. The color is Marine Heather. I knit these on US 1.5 needles. I love the way these turned out.

Currently on my needles are the Guernsey Socks.

The yarn is Cloudborn Merino Superwash. The color is Coffee with Cream. I'm knitting these on US 1.5 needles. This pattern comes from the Lucy Neatby KAL on Craftsy. This is my third try. I first cast on 56 stitches but they were too small so I ended up casting on 64 stitches. So far so good.
